It may come as a shock to many of you who respect me deeply, but I've never actually owned a 1oz gold coin/bar.

I'd like to change that, willing to offer:

2 1kg silver bars + £120

or

1 1kg silver bar + 2 sovs + £100

or

4 sovs + £80

or

2022 Double Sov + Sov + £405

 

I'd want a Britannia Coin/Bar, Buffalo 1oz, or a PAMP Fortuna bar.

I think that was the original idea, that you'd buy this for an ungrateful relative/child, and fill it up 1 per year.

Trouble is...

Once you've got an ouncer, you'll be lusting after a 5 Sov or a Centenario. Why not just cut out the middle man?!

 I'd take you up on option4 sovs and 80 quid, got a few things I'd be happy to swap as I'm looking to get some soverigns. Could maybe do more than 1 if you want

 My girlfriend got me a new storage box from the mint but got me the soverign box rather than the ounce coin one so may as well get some soverigns!

 Don't! I recently got a centenario and I can easily see how you could get carried away with them, they are so satisfying to hold
