I may find a fake 2013 panda silver coin on eBay and someone has bid on it already.

I understand that, you're undoubtedly the biggest buyer/seller of these which is why I trust what you're saying when you say it's a fake. I'm curious how you came to that conclusion though, what looks off/wrong about it?

These probably can help to tell the difference .

I can actually see a big difference with a comparison. Some might be down to lighting but I do see the difference. Thanks for that. It's like playing spot the difference lol. There's quite a few.

A bigger news story would be "Genuine Coin For Sale on Ebay"

But most experienced TSF memners would think that was fake news!

Probably, but it requires some effort, so best is simply to ignore ebay unless you really know wht you are doing, and accept that you might still get ripped off anyway, or at the very best waste a lot of time trying to get a refund.
