Hello everybody,

I'm new to stacking and collecting.... I have previously bought a collection of various 1oz silver coins to give as a gift, from a bullion dealer.  I also recently purchased my first 1/2 sovereign off eBay (should I put my tin hat on now?)

Anyway I'm pleased to have found TSF, through BYB on YouTube, and hope to learn about & invest in more precious metals.

  I don't have a great deal of spare income at the moment and was wondering if I was only buying 1 sovereign a month woud it be beneficial to myself to upgrade my account now, or wait until my finances are a little better 🤔 .

Any good advice is always welcome.

Welcome firstly!

Even if only buying one sovereign per month,a silver membership (£5.99) will save you/pay for itself in my humble opinion. 

Without a membership it takes three days for you to see new sales posts, and as you can imagine all the good deals/bargains are long gone.

Example for arguments sake....someone posted 6 sovereigns today at a fair price and between listing and being sold ( 6 minutes ) 

The above is just one of many examples on here on a daily basis. 

Even if you don't go the membership route you will still save a fair amount compared to dealers so either way stick around.

One sovereign a month is more than probably 98% of the population has, but maybe consider 1/2 sovereign and the rest in silver? Or one sovereign on month 1 the silver on month 2 so on and so forth, cover both eventualities type thing.
