What do you folk think of the new SM Mint memento mori Rounds?

 

The Aquarius silver and copper do look quite good IMO.

 

If anyone is going to order some i would get some too.

What is the finish Antique mean?

 

Does this mean it's as well prepared as a proof or more of a BU quality?

mintage of the silver is 500 , copper is 2000

im not keen on it tbh , a skeleton with boobies ???? just looks wrong

also the whole series of 12 is to be released this year , too much money to allocate to a series in too  short a space of time for me - especially if you get stung with import taxes on top.

also the smmint has apparently emailed the purchasers of the goat skull proof coin with the offer of a free copper round with a purchase of the silver . i purchased two skull proofs (which i still havent recieved yet) and never got a mail

I don't think it looks too bad the silver one and at $62 isn't going to break the bank.I'd be more concerned as daz,who hasn't got his lunar skull coins yet.

I didn't realise that the whole series would be in 1 year but thinking about it now it kind of makes sense.

 

A group buy from the fourm would make the most of any parcels entering the EU without being checked for tax or just a small share of tax and postage.

Aquarius, the water carrier, has to be a skeleton because it's the skull coins crowd after all! Not sure about the boobs though.
