New stacker

Hello everyone,

My name is Andy, I'm from Cheshire & I'm new to stacking.

I've been reading the forum over the past few weeks & have been researching the various retailers on the web. I've already bought a few 1oz silver coins & even fell for the allure of a 1/10th gold Panda.

My plan was to stack as much silver as I could but this has already gone out the window. I've treated myself to a PCGS MS70 2014 Panda. I think later this month I will place a bulk silver order with STG, should get my £/oz to a more desirable level.

Looking forward to my stay here.

That is the trap I think.. you decide to get PMs just to stack but then there are so many beautifully designed coins it's hard not to want them.

 

I think as long as you find a good balance you can/should spoil yourself sometimes

Hello Andy, i too only recently started stacking for investment of silver only, but as someone pointed out semi numismatic coins seem to increase in value above and beyond the spot price, so you hopefully will keep some value even if silver prices were to fall.
