This is my second bar like this. I had to trade some silver and paid some cash. But was able to get oz for oz for my trade. It was just some basic stamped 1 oz bars I traded.

You are from the States and don't have to pay the 20% tax on silver in The UK and the 8% in Japan so most here will just turn green with envy....

Today I picked another 1/10 oz gold eagle for me and I got a silver fiji coin (not sure what is called) and a 1909 vdb penny. The gold in mine but the silver and the penny are gifts for my son who is about to advance to the next rank in cub scouts. The penny I got for $5. I have no idea is that is good deal or not but it was bought on a whim. The kid is getting into pennies now.
