Today i received an NGC graded coin, thanks to Numistacker. Some of you may have seen the video he has put on youtube. If not i suggest you do! Lots of other people there had some great results, with an amazing result for Numi.
I am really really happy with the grade this coin got (over the moon in fact). I purchased this coin raw for £65, the last time one of these sold was in 2012 in the USA for $1200+. Not a bad case for grading i feel. Only 10 in the world graded at this level.
I cant thank Numistacker enough for taking the time to help me in this.

I have also voiced the same opinion, but people are still buying them.

My 1/4 oz Britannia from HGM turned out to be a 2015, still in security card. Happy enough with that.

Spotted a 1/4 oz Britannia on the HGM website late last night, so took the plunge.

I guess that would be a result for most people, but alas, not for me.
I don't collect proof coins, so it would immediately join the 'for sale' pile.

Today I picked another 1/10 oz gold eagle for me and I got a silver fiji coin (not sure what is called) and a 1909 vdb penny. The gold in mine but the silver and the penny are gifts for my son who is about to advance to the next rank in cub scouts. The penny I got for $5. I have no idea is that is good deal or not but it was bought on a whim. The kid is getting into pennies now.

Just ordered 10 of these 1.5oz silver Snow Falcons from the Canadian wildlife series. I think they are absolutely beautiful.
1.5oz is a very nice weight - the same footprint as a 1oz but half as thick again. Feels nice to hold something a bit weightier than 1oz.
