Nice little Indian 2014 sov,

Just came back from my holiday today and had my 5kg copper bar waiting for me to unwrap. I was impressed with the 100oz size bar which I got a while back but the 5kg bar is much more impressive. I've now got a full set of Geiger's poured copper bars in all sizes.
They sell a 1 kg machined copper bar which I won't be buying as it's in their industrial range along with an aluminium and a brass bar.
My silver 1oz lunar horse I won a couple of draws back is for size comparison.

Today I received a lovely tube of shiny Britannia's. My first order from goldsilver.be, really pleased and super fast delivery too.
 

I have never really watched the spot price, really only checking before placing an order. Its always been going down for me.
I am so happy i got my biggest ever order placed in Dec 2015. It was just luck, i came into some money through my matched betting and placed an order for 168 oz. Normally its around 30-40 oz's. 
I have been watching the spot price a little more closely from independence day  and i really do like to see the price go up but i am wondering, is it just going to drop again back down to £12 in a few months after ''the economy levels out''? I see a decent drop in price today and it just gets me thinking, whats round the corner? What if Thrump wins? Bank of England rate cut? 
Im gonna save a few months and see what happens. 
And as far as purchasing power goes, if you are not selling, it does not matter. This is the reason we stack silver are gold, we have all just completed our goal and protected ourselves against the devaluation of sterling, give yourself a pat on the back if your from the UK  

Received my first ever silver delivery today; 10 Maples, 5 Kooks, 5 ASE all 1oz 2016.

Interesting to see that Kooks came in individual capsules, ASEs in their zip locks and Maples freeballing in a tube.  That must be saying something about how Maples are regarded?

Not sure which bookies you've been looking at, but the stay odds have been drifting quite a bit in the last few days.
Betfair was down to 1/5 for a remain, now it's around 1/3. Leave was 5/1, now its down to around 11/4
I think you are missing the point regarding leaving the EU. The UK would NOT be erecting any walls. In fact leaving would enable us to dismantle the walls put up by the EU with the rest of the world outside of the EU. The UK is more than happy to trade freely with the EU, we just don't want to put up with daft unworkable rules, created by unelected officials, and then having to pay for all of it. We can trade freely with the EU, without filling the pockets of Brussels, and we would be able to trade freely with the rest of the world.
I can remember a time when our shops were full of cheap New Zealand lamb and butter, with adverts for these products on our TV every day. The EU put a stop to that. I can remember the "Buy British" campaigns, but the EU said Non to that. The French farmers burn a few tyres, block a few roads and they get massive subsidies and we end up paying more for goods
I can remember our fishermen having one of the greatest fleets in the world, and our seas being full of Cod, Herring, etc. But the the EU allowed the Spanish to raid our waters with their factory ships, (Drake would be spinning in his grave), and our fishing fleet is decimated and is now a shadow of what it was.  
I can remember the butter mountains and grain stockpiles caused by the Common agricultural policy, that actually raised food prices, and stopped developing countries from selling cheap food to us.
Was all this MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL for us..................do me a favour. 
 
As for trade embargoes, I'm not sure you've realised this, but they have NOTHING to do with economics, and are political measures to put pressure on countries whose policies have an adverse effect on their neighbours and the rest of the world.   
 
 
 

A few small silver pickups this week (gold too expensive!)  - two Morgan dollars (1879 S, 1921 S), single 2015 and 2016 Kooks to lay out in the single coin date run, and ...perhaps not exciting for most silver stackers, but for me after 2 years stacking/collecting, my first ever silver bullion bar! OK - it's only a tiddler 1 ounce, but I was attracted by the Johnson Matthey design and the fact that they are no longer made.  I like it - but am now wanting bigger bars!  . Some other silver Scottsdale purchases made also this week. Don't have them yet though, as they are ordered for US delivery.

SIlver has gone up about 23% in sterling this last 1/4 so in my opinion is not a good buy, I would wait for a pull back. I think silver may touch $18.This is just my take and I am playing it this way:- If we stay in the EU Gold and silver will drop back and the the £  and the euro will rally.  If Trump is defeated at the rep conference then Gold  will drop even more. If we leave leave the EU and Trump gets the Rep ticket Gold and Silver will rally even more sterling will weaken badly on the EU out news and so the the Euro. I'm playing we stay in the EU and Trump gets the ticket (he'll lose against H Clinton), I am not short Gold and Silver and do not mind taking a risk. I have opinions that I back unlike some journalist's on the TV or emails you receive.    

I saw a different sort of cougar close up without colourized make-up and beer goggle enhancements the morning after and it wasnt as pretty as that coin 

Today I received a 500g silver bar from Atkinsons. It's quite a satisfying weight to hold, and being pre-owned it was a decent price. Think I'll keep an eye out for more of these in future.
