Agreed, if you're just stacking weight, in the current climate, the cheapest/easiest available, which are usually sovs.

If you need the weekly 'delivery fix', buy some cheap silver. You can always trade it later for gold.

When I were a lad, I could carry a hundredweight of coal on my back. Often did as a summer job.

Now, in my sixties, I still hump a 25kg bag of rice from the shop to the car on my shoulder.
