Blew the rest of the PM fund today on a tube of the beasts from STG. Most of the fund had already been spent on the same as everyone else it seems - now empty because of HT's epic Britannia find. Was saving up for another ounce of gold for the Britannia tube, almost had enough, but looks like that will have to wait a bit longer! Just waiting for either the Britannia delivery from Nordfrim or some nice pictures of HT in Barbados in the pictures only thread

Finally bought the 2011 gold half ounce rabbit and a Mexican 20 Peso. I am not used to paying this kind of premium for gold but I have been after the rabbit for a long time now and the Mexican collection is now complete.

Just arrived all the way from the US been waiting for 10 days which I think is fairly good!

hmm... silver price seemed to hover at the moment...
It looks like the 'short' sellers are keeping a loose lid on the price increase;
As it seems that silver has been closing very near $17 (£11.50 - £11.70) on Thu, Fri and Monday.
From my novice TA perspective there is a seems to be Sell price signal lurking, and might be a pullback.
.... as always... you never know what's going to happen  
 

I am hoping we at least get a pull back in the metals and mining stocks, even better would be for the down trend to continue. Best case the bottom will be in December 2017 and this recent action is a bear market bull trap. Unrealistic perhaps? 
If the market keeps on going up I will still be happy but I would much prefer to keep buying my favourite asset for a couple more years than have to find value elsewhere.   

a MS69 1/20 goldpanda from 1995

A 1989 gold proof full sovereign - the 500th anniversary edition. Very happy with it - despite a few minor surface marks (think it must have been handled out of its screw case RM capsule at some stage). 
Negotiated down to £430 for it, so still a crazy premium over spot - but this is a collectors coin, and I am going to keep it as a key piece in my (small ) sovereign collection. Got it from a local shop - where they knew it was worth more than an average sov ....but probably not what the "going rate" is for these coins.
