Got me 6 1oz silverpandas, just can´t get enough of them

Cool ?.  I've now got quite a few raw notes. I'm a big fan of these notes all the detail of a note but still a precious metal. 
I'm a collector obviously not a stacker and they really are beautiful!

Great purchase. One of my favorite panda designs as well. I'm missing 1oz and 1/20 oz for a complete gold BU set of this year.

I agree with Numistacker.. I've focused primarly on 1/4 and 1/10 mainly due to affordability. During the recent spike, I've traded a few of my gold pieces back to silver or larger pieces of gold. I try to stick with gold that I can get where the premiums are flexible. I recently did a trade of a $10 indian 1/2 AU Details, $2.5 indian, and 1/10 Lunar horse + a little cash for a  2015 1 oz libertad, although with rim dings. 
In another case I sold off a 2006 1/4 panda (damaged) and a 2012 1/10 panda and picked up 6 x 10 oz JM bars. I leverage the premiums and demand to do a conversion. My total input $925 for a conversion to 60oz of premium bullion ~$15.42/oz.
This is not the case for a lot of 1/4's, definitely not for eagles, philharmonics, etc. The bullion value is just the price floor. The premium is the demand that can be leveraged in a trade deal or sale. In the case for the indians, I would've never got the full cash value because they were AU details, but now I have a full 1 oz which can be realized for full bullion value at anytime, same with the JM bars or use the premium to do it again.
The 1/10-1/4 has some of the biggest premium gains out of the fractionals. The more in demand the better, like the 1/4 QB which also did well for me. I try to buy at spot, very close too it, or trade under it (with existing inventory). If you do pandas, DO NOT remove them from OMP. They lose 10-20% unless they are graded and slabbed. I sold off my 2006 because it had a little mark and left $150 on the table. The premiums are all in the condition or grade for the collectors.
One other note with the semi-numi, if spot went down I would've been able to convert at much better ratios, but considering spot went up I got less. 
Btw, i don't know the performance of the 1/10th brits that could be a locality thing. Pandas though are world wide. I also like the somali elephant but the premium is too high for me right now.

I like them personally (only a new thing, @morezone got me hooked with a 1/10 angel :D)
But, yes it does seem that some nutters out there think 200% premium is normal, sorry not for me. a few % more than oz premium is what i aim for.

Everyone has seen these but picked up for 23 each, pretty good for the different designs i think. Only need a few more dates now!

The latest 5g Panda Notes from the Nanjing Mint.  This time there are 3 variations.  Normal, coloured and relief.  It's hard to see in pics but in hand, you can clearly see that the pandas are not flat in the relief version.  The same goes for the temple on all the notes.  It's still early days but in a few years I can see these being very impressive.

Like many Forum members - taking the opportunity to pick up shield back gold  sovereigns, with the traditional premium over spot seeming to narrow with the recent upwards trend in spot price.  
Got an 1857 (London) and an 1879 Sydney mint -both Vic Young Head.  Both are in better shape than the only other Vic shield I have - which was an 1872 S from back in March. 
Also a nice little Aussie 1/10th gold 2009, with one of the best Kangaroo BU designs (in my view). 1/10th is as small a coin as I want to get, - I only have either Britannia proofs or these Kangaroo/ nuggets in that fiddly size! 

Its just under, I think I paid under spot landed. 
A guy was selling on eBay, it looked fake due to the camera angle. I dropped the guy a line and he said he was more than happy to refund me if I didn't like it and he had no issues with it as he had bought it from a Jewellers. Diameter is right and weight was dead on so pretty chuffed with it.
Its not for sale though, I lived in Holland twice and always have loved the the 5 and 10 Gulden.

Well I I bought in 2014 and 2015 after a lot of hating silver and saying so on this site, i bought enough to just balance my portfolio. The thing is STG had libertads cheap before they were pumped to high heaven and I picked up for £13.25 per oz and Philis for £11.80 per oz. 
I can make money on them. In the whole Silver coins and bars in the hand the margins are just to high to make money on, i don't mean £20 here and there, a move like we have had in the precious metals should mean we are all quids in but some are not. this should be a wake up call for all metal buyers!!!! 
I myself have been buying copper from the scrap yard at 1.5% above fix  for the last year

Just picked up a roll of Lunar series 1 Tigers for 44 and change a piece, the guy has saved me a roll of Ox series 1 for 38.70 a piece. 
That will bring my investment to pretty much my 5k target and thus is the end of my stacking journey for now.
150 Pandas 40 Lunar horses 20 S1 Tigers and 20 S1 Ox. With an average of £21.57 (Ouch :P)

4x 100g poured Scottsdale silver bars, from US. Have a couple of these already, but got the chance to pick up a few more. Such a perfectly formed little bar, each a little different. I should really be sticking to the plan and buying gold, but every now and then the silver tempts me. More Scottsdale stuff arriving over the summer as well. 

Just took a punt on a 1906 $10 Liberty Head from Atkinsons, hopefully it will be in nice condition.
