In order to gain a MS grade, even MS60 according to the grading definition :
This coin shows wear the the helmet, George's chest and significant wear to Victoria's hair, this coin is VF at best
MS/PF - 60 Weak or average strike with no trace of wear. Numerous abrasions, hairlines and/or large marks.

The coin looks good, but in my opinion, I do not think it is worth grading. All the high points have too much wear. The hair, the medal, the dragon's ribs. If a coin is not rare, it would need to achieve at least an MS grade and from what I can see, this at the very best would get a low AU but more likely XF grade.   Others will have their opinions as there are far more knowledgeable members regarding grading than me on the forum.

2024 KING CHARLES III 'D DAY 80TH ANNIVERSARY' STRIKE ON THE DAY SOVEREIGN
(To be Struck 6th June 2024 - Delivery early June)
This special Sovereign is to be struck exactly 80 years on from the events of D-Day, 6 June 1944. The coin features the special one off privy mark of a helmet over the number 80.
The Sovereign of King Charles III carries the obverse legend : 'CHARLES III · DEI · GRA · REX · FID · DEF' in Latin this translates to “King Charles III, reigning by the Grace of God, Defender of the Faith,”. Reverse design, the classic St George and Dragon by Benedetto Pistrucci. Just 1000 struck with plain edge and frosted matt finish.

- Struck in 22ct gold
