What’s the postage on a Gold Exchange?

Hi everyone, I have been on here for a few months buying bits & bobs. I wasn’t sure that this type of trading would work for me, but it has been a great experience to date. I have a very small collection of Half Crowns and can see that they are mostly graded by NGC etc. This is new to me, the last coin I bought was a 1937 proof from Spink but that wasn’t graded by NGC etc. Are too many coins being graded as there was something interesting about peoples interpretation regarding the grade of a coin.
