In the next couple of days I should be getting 4 1959 Sovereigns. These have the lowest mintage of any Gillick Sovereign of 1.385M.  1957 mintage of 2,072M
These will available for £415 plus post. This has been the average price for regular Gillicks over the last Month.
If interested, reply here. First four to reply will get priority.
Would have liked to have done one in football Competition like last week, but alas was told No can do. 
Only three available as have decided to start another Gillick run.  Had all four been reserved I would have honored the sale. 
These coins in like new condition, much nicer then modern flat dies sovereigns.

Hey, welcome.
I'm no collector of proofs, but looking at the image, that ding above the 'E' is pretty significant. My only advice would be to remember that you're collecting coins, not certificates. I appreciate it's nice to have lower numberred COAs but there's always a chance the new one could have its own novelty value... running numbers (123) or repeating digits (222) etc.
But even if not, I'm still iinclined to agree with what @GBStacking said above. I'd be prioritising the coin over the paper.

I'll hold my hands up and say I'm not massively into Proof's, however from my perspective, i would be far more concerned about marks or damage to a proof than i would be about the number on the COA. The low number may add a tiny bit of value, damage may potentially take away an awful lot
