Arrival from @arphethean. Very unusual and intricate design. Love the Tokelau coins.
Of course, the Golden Ratio has been used in photography, and art in general, for a long time as a composition guide.
I took the usual 'face on' shots, but decided to do an edge shot to show-off the details. Needed a stack of 17 images to get the whole thing, varying the focus by a couple of mm or so each time.

1987 Gold Proof Nugget Set Back in the days when the Queen's portrait was not a liability to a coin's value, The Perth Mint released its second boxed quartet of heavyweight Ozzy nugget designs, including a quarter ounce named after the then unknown cult figure and philosopher, English sporting icon and athlete, Bobby George. Many thanks to @GoldShackwho unbeknowingly also included a secreted original CoA. 35 years old and looking pretty damn good imo.

A slight twist to normal.... the 1797 "cartwheel" penny and two pence were the first coins to feature Britannia as we know her today. It was the first time she was pictured holding a trident, instead of a spear and the first time she was pictured overlooking the sea and a ship.
This coin is the two pence version, 41 mm, is made of copper and weighs a mighty two ounces. The penny is slightly smaller at 36mm and one ounce.
