The c**p I had with the RM you just couldnt make up it was that bad. Was thinking of starting a thread to tell my horrendous experience but it would be quite long and I didn't want to bore every one with it lol. Put it this way they ended up compensating me nearly £200 and I will never by from them again. Terrible company useless staff and useless management

Haven't read all the replies so sorry if someone has already said this but keep them for a good few more years and you have alot more chance of getting your money back plus a bit more. Better than holding in to cash imo

I send up to 50 parcels a week via Hermes and in 3 years I've had 3 go missing which they gave me the money back for. I've had far more problems with other companies including royal mail. Call them rather than using there online service. I've always found there customer service to be ok.

My dad payed into a private pension for years and now he's older hes only allowed so much a month which is sod all. He will have to live till he's 120 to get all his money back and also if he passed away at any time they keep what ever money is left. Would have been better off putting all the money under his bed

Interesting to see peoples views on this. I'm currently putting £400 a month in a savings pot which is getting to a nice amount might start using the £400 a month for PM's. One sovereign a month sounds nice 🙂
