Bagged a Memorial yesterday when sub 1,500 - helps the average I suppose, being mid month, it was all I could afford. Beans n' toast now and I don't like beans 😆 ...already back up, any idea what caused the blip??

I can concur, I got my Platinum Jubilee 2022 Piedfort Sov on the day of QEII passing so special (to me), I'm still waiting for the Memorial 2022 Piedfort Sov. Depending on if I trade up (I can't afford a Piedfort outright), I'm tempted to go for a run of Piedfort's as they have only been released since 2017 although I'm certain there will be one for 2023, the Coronation or both.

Kinda agree however premiums appear to have jumped too, I don't see many Sovs going within 4-5% of spot at the moment and with everything else also being squeezed outside of PMs...

Welcome aboard @Km93 Once your a bit more familiar I'd suggest a couple of things and I'm sure more will add... Decide what you want to stack if you haven't already, it's a slippery, expensive but imho rewarding slope Documentation, a number of members have uploaded examples on how record your purchases, trades etc. Storage, options on capsules, grading, safes, safety deposit boxes, treasure maps and boating accidents to name but a few... Postage, RMSD is pretty much the default or buyers risk Payment, Bank Transfer or PayPal F&F are generally accepted on TSF once you've built up a good reputation. Defo familiarise yourself with the forum and be prepared for a few evenings reading up... you'll get all your answers and some just by investing a bit of time.

I've had a few bits on route via RMSD since Thursday, hopefully arriving tomorrow 🤞 I'm not too keen on sending anything at the moment, nor in early January after Xmas and the sales. @pricha I may have to look into who offers free short term storage to keep the x1 per month habit alive...
