Copper spots, What do you do with them?

Yes there is a Youtube clip showing how easy it is to remove copper spots with the heat from a small gas torch , makes sense as the red spots are just copper leaching from the gold. The heat drives off the tiny particles of copper on the surface 👍

To be honest I don't have any intention to alter the coin either. At 124 years old it has a few dings and scratches. It'll never win any prices, However, I think its supposed to be able to show it's age and its part of the character of the coin. Thank's to all that's commented.
