Interesting, because I also have not had any contact and have been extremely patient. I can share the PM I sent a few days ago which politely asked for an update. I have been completely ignored. Why are some getting responses and others not?

@James32 he has not been signed on since 12 December. If he can communicate with you about this, why can he not communicate with those who he has pending deals with. 

If you have his direct contact details can you ask him to cancel the order and issue a full refund?

I am going to PM him my bank details now.

Just to add that I have now heard from @LResdave1 and can confirm there are no issues - just a misunderstanding. The lack of communication was confusing and concerning - but all good now with a clear and good explanation given.

I have however decided to cancel the order of the two 1g Umicore bars - so I guess if anyone wants them they are now available again!
