RM Tracking not working

Any news as to why? Downloaded the app and it's not working on there either...

Looks like they are updating their website as the user interface has changed

I received some Perth Mint silver for my ongoing collections and the system was down. Luckily i was still about when they arrived and was able to take delivery. 

Where i am the royal mail is probably the best most reliable delivery company about. The collection office times are only a couple of hours in the morning which can make it difficult if you work.
