Strange looking mark

Is this copper spotting ?
looks more like a copper smear 🤷🏻‍♂️Never seen this before has anyone had similar

Looks like something has been split on the coin / planchette. 
i suppose it could be copper spotting but do you see it so soon. i guess the planchette could be an old one which was spotted before it was even minted.
Is there a scratch between the O and L of gold?

Probably I don’t think I will bother trying for a replacement it’s 24k gold and from a reputable dealer so I know it’s legit just never seen such a dirty looking mark on a new release 🤷🏻‍♂️
