It looks like Gold , sounds like Gold ,and weighs in at the right grams  also the right specifications, also it’s not magnetic.

but I can’t find one other example of this coin anywhere, I might be just paranoid

but it’s supposed to be

2018 IMO gold proof half oz Angel

the coin has other issues , like it’s got a copper spot on it

and it’s supposed to be 9999 24 ct

As far as I understand it "copper spots" can present on .999/.9999 gold. It may be the extremely low copper count in the compound or the discoloration is something else.

@Pete is spot on as to what this coin is.

It may be my shonky memory but I'm sure an example of these was being sold on the forum recently.

Thanks James  but it is a entirely different coin

but looks very similar

May I ask why you think it's an entirely different coin? Other than you're one being 1/2 oz

Yes but yours is a  1/4  mine is 1/2

Yeah but I'm just trying to ease your mind by suggesting if there's a 1/4 which in identical to yours then there's likely a 1/2.

oh I Appreciate  that james what you say

but I've become  obsessed  , but I will have to let it drop

it would be good to see it and the mintage

Completely understand, maybe get a dealer/jewellers to test but hopefully the mint gets back to you.
