closed 2014 1kg Mexican Libertad Proof-Like

Up for auction is a 2014 1kg Mexican Libertad Proof-Like.  This is a beast of a coin and beautifully presented.  The official mintage on this is 500 and was vacuumed sealed by myself not long after purchase.  I have opened it up today to take pics and to check on its condition.  We know how it goes with silver!  There is some foamy insert holding the coin in place and is there for transport to ensure it doesn't rattle in its holder.  I left it in there and will leave it in.  The only issue it has is with some of the varnish which has stuck and come away from opening it up today.  It has been sat tightly closed for almost 7 years.

Auction will end at 8pm on Friday 21st (UK time) or 5 minutes after the last bid, which ever is later.  Earliest posting will be on Monday.

Starting bid of £1000 with minimum bid increments of £10.

Payment by BT and postage on top of your choice and risk.  Only Special Delivery is insured.

Please note that the whole thing weighs a tad under 2kg so will be expensive to post.  Upto 10kg Special Delivery is £29.75 insured upto £2.5k.  It can be posted cheaper with uninsured delivery via Parcel Force/UPS but that is entirely at your own risk.

I am currently in the process of selling off most of my silver.  There will be 400+ gov issue and 200+ rounds + various proof sets.  All items are different with only a few duplicates.  Due to the sheer number of items for sale I intend to list most items in my sub forum located HERE in order to keep all my sales together and not overwhelm the standard trade section.  It might be worth following with notifications to be updated with new listings.  Quite a lot has already been listed.
