(EU/UK) VAT Free Silver - BREXIT has no effect yet

I had just written a lengthy post and then somehow the content was cleared before I could post it, so here we go a 2nd time 🙈

Other members from the EU or specifically buyers in the UK may be able to comment to which other dealers in the EU sell low priced silver, it is my understanding that there are a small handful of less known dealers in Germany and some other countries who also have great prices.

Was nice to see the EU mint sending out a truthful email regarding the ability to carry on buying VAT reduced silver. I like them but their previous emails were cheaply dishonest and misleading. I'd be interested to see what other dealers there are. I've come across a couple in Germany but sadly nowhere that offers the prices others do.

My Euro mint order was shipped out 2 hours ago, but with this news I may set up another couple months of storage. Thanks for the update

Currently they only charge VAT when you require delivery of the items.

No impact because if you don't take delivery you don't pay VAT period not EU related. But obviously you get to pay storage fees. A good idea in theory but you are captive RE buyback rates unless you eventually take delivery, in which case you get to pay VAT.

That's why I'm confused because the RM are charging VAT on allocated silver / buying silver coins for storage. Which I find a bit odd.
