Why is there so much interest in these?  Are they somehow more desirable than the ones minted in the UK?

Who else might sell the Indian sovereign? UKBullion doesn't ship abroad, unfortunately, no exceptions.

I got a 2015-I from Royal Mint Bullion but they did never offer 2016-I and 2017-I...

Maybe I do a trip to India to look for them over there  ...

email from UKBullion..

"Some 2017 Gold Sovereign Certicard will be back in stock, as of 13/09/2017.

Unfortunately we have not been able to acquire them at the same price of the initial batch received - due to increased popularity globally"

Hmm I wonder what kind of premium they're going to put on them

W*nkers! They've stuck about an extra £100 on them. I don't think I'll be paying that sort of premium on a bullion coin.

I blame  @Goldmick "mate" :P

They probably saw they sold on Ebay for £390 and thought why shouldn't they get the profit

It's understandable I guess

Personally I wouldn't be buying @ £350 though

£270 I would have got a couple more but never mind.

The flippers strike again!

If I ever see a deal, I'm keeping it to myself :P

The website's down for me and their phone number doesn't work at the moment from here.

I don't blame them really if they're following supply and demand - they're a business, they'd be mad not to imho!

Just peed off that they overcharged me last time and said they'd make it up on my next order, now they have said they will (their offer would be to my satisfaction) but it seems perhaps only with a discount on these coins (which I'm not buying at that silly price, but with no functioning website or phone number it's hard to tell as yet?!!).

I've just had a chat with UK bullion and explain that the silver forum bought a lot of the coin last time and that it would be good for them and us if they was to give a discount for silver forum members and there gunna get back to me so fingers crossed
