I fully agree some of the coins are amazing looking even the regular bullion coins are very nice. I had the same idea of going around the world in 1oz silver coins Krugerrands are my personal favourite and I hope to own a gold 1oz one day.

It is good that you are starting young I think everyone wishes they started buying earlier in life. The best place to buy is on the for sale area on the forum you will find prices much lower than main dealers. If you want pure silver weight you can buy spotted or toned coins cheaper than shiny ones. Pouring your own silver does look very interesting and you can buy casting grain often at a lower price than coins.
