i have been very busy elsewhere but here is posted the new timeline for Kinesis from the blueprint.
Tom has spoken to the Ambassadors.
The money for Kinesis is sufficient - more than.
The establishment of Kinesis in the Cayman Islands does not have the obstacles which were present in the Isle of Man - we can speculate as to whether the registration problems by the authorities were a tightening up on cryptocurrency regulation over recent months or we could speculate as to whether this was an attempt to stall Kinesis from launching. Cayman Islands Kinesis is more straight forward and Tom has told us so.
It is not a issue of IF Kinesis blasts off to help create the new paradigm, it is WHEN - and here is the new timeline.

How would it be stopped? i think the Isle of Man registration was a way to stall Kinesis. Now they are in the Cayman Islands. The usual suspects have legal frameworks whereby they can control, steal and tax (aka stealing). They operate by those rules. Kinesis currency is simply a digital title of ownership recorded on the Stellar blockchain. It can be used as a means of exchange and there is a small fee involved in the transaction which rewards those who stumped up the cash and metal to power the system. It is a commodity system with transferable title of ownership. The usual suspects push internationalism - well Kinesis flew to another place with other rules. They cannot reasonably stop Kinesis. The threat Kinesis offers is it is 100% backed with precious metal - no hypothecated to infinity gold. You own the gold and no other has a claim. They can try to stop gold purchases into the vaults - they did that already in the run up to BullionCoin but when they are potentially 1000's of conduits, what are they going to do? close the gold markets?
There will be a reset. A repricing of gold has the potential to sorting out balance sheets - an asset at $1250/oz becomes $12 500/oz. The end of the present system is inevitable and you will know about after it has happened. Steve you have gold in hand. You are your own central bank - you are sovereign.

Looks like it is a 1909 BYB.
The wear is least in the top right of the year mark and there is no letter there or indication there ever was. The letter for Chester where this occurs most is the I of 1909.

Some just breaking news. Those following this will be aware there were Designated Business registration issues with the Isle of Man authorities. Kinesis has been working with the authorities in the Cayman Islands and i have just heard all the hurdles are cleared and Kinesis is 'ready to rumble.'

Further to our previous email regarding the incorporation of Kinesis Cayman,
we, Kinesis Ltd, hereby give notice that the Simple Agreement for Future Tokens between yourself and Kinesis Ltd is as of 20th June 2018, assigned to Kinesis Cayman an affiliate of Kinesis Ltd.

Please be assured that in implementing our new corporate structure and assignment of the Simple Agreement, no action is required by pre-sale KVT applicants. The agreement remains the same, aside from the new Cayman Islands domicile of Kinesis.

Pre-Sale applicants will continue to have their purchase governed by the terms of the Simple Agreement for Future Tokens where we have made minor updates that relate to the new company domicile.

Further to this and to provide increased protection to KVT applicants, Kinesis is pleased to announce the establishment of the Kinesis Foundation, an exempted foundation company incorporated with limited liability in the Cayman Islands, that will receive the funds from the KVT token sale and hold those proceeds for the benefit of the Kinesis community.

Setting up the Foundation ensures the funds generated from our token sale are channeled directly into development of the Kinesis ecosystem.

Kinesis Cayman will be replacing the Kinesis Isle of Man entity for the purpose of the ITO, with the proceeds of the token sale being moved from Kinesis Cayman to the Kinesis Foundation upon completion of the ITO.

i got a notification today from GoldGuard who are involved in the OneGram gold backed digital currency. i joined their website last year when they kicked off, initially i thought about investing.
They were announcing 'The first Shari'ah compliant digital asset backed by physical gold [OneGram] has gone live with its first transaction carried out successfully, today.-
The blockchain will be open to OGC holders soon. Starting June 20th to July 30th, you will be able to claim your OGC from the GoldGuard Platform. Full instructions on how to claim your OGC will be sent to your emails before these dates. Meanwhile the process of listing OGC on different public exchanges is going to be announced in the coming days.

Yes the registration is a legislative hurdle. There is an alternative to Isle of Man. i am not sure if this is in the open right now. The preferred location is IoM but the other option is very crypto friendly and in the EU, so an ace card up the sleeve if needed.
Kinesis is working with miners. There are wholesalers and traders, the likes of Andrew Maguire with years of buying/seller tonnage in metals. They are running the Allocated Bullion Exchange sourcing metal - it is their basic business to get hold of metal. There is likely to be an issue if you put in offers to buy very large tonnage - it will get declined. There is a 'scheme' i heard via Andrew Maguire to buy metal which goes under the radar of any boycott/block the LBMA might wish to apply. i don't think that is public but it is ingenious.
Yes if unallocated account holders decided to switch to Kinesis this could set up a shock wave to take down the system. This is something i have mentioned on the forum several times. In most cases the gold doesn't exist - it probably never existed. So an unallocated holder who requests gold won't get it, they will be paid out in cash. They will then come into the Kinesis system and there will be gold and silver bought, vaulted and taken out of the system. GLD holders might cash in and go to Kinesis - and so on and so on. There is so much gold on the books that does not exist. When this becomes apparent, when unallocated and allegedly allocated are refused delivery the game is up and the house of cards collapses.

Thanks to Ash a couple of 1 kilo bars from Australia. Deak International bought the refinery from Engelhard which explains why the bars have a similar look. Deak didn't last long and was bought out by Johnson Matthey.

@swAgger the Ambassadors ? are in the process of compiling a series of questions and points that need addressing. Members of Kinesis have just been invited to deal with them. The registration issue is one of most important ones. Another is one i have repeated several times which is the Telegram system buries important posts and answers to questions. It might be good for inane chattering over the internet but when it comes to presenting information in a searchable format it sucks. It is getting flooded with people joining for the Ethereum drop. i expect most aren't really interested in Kinesis but as i pointed out at least it spreads the word over Fakebook.
i don't know how long the registration will take to be approved or rejected. A poster on Telegram 'IW' put out some posts over the weekend which attacked Kinesis making out it was an illegal operation being as it is not a Designated Business (yet). This caused a bit of a stir. These posts got taken down after a while - we wonder if this poster was acting for BullionCoin which is launching shortly. Tom Coughlin came out to admitt Kinesis has not got registration yet but they had been actively working with the IoM authorities for several months and had presented to them in person about what they intended. Since Kinesis is primarily an Australian outfit, presentations in the IoM aren't a short trip over the Irish Sea. i gather from a post in the Ambassadors' group this morning, registration is a pretty thorough affair but at the same time is not like scaling Mount Everest. There is only a 2.5% discount now available. i think i would forgo that to make sure registration is 100% nailed down.
i can say the people at Kinesis feel very upfront honest folk to me - the more i have seen of them, the more i feel that way. However in conclusion, i would hang fire. i think i may be able to provide a few more answers in the near future.
