I've said it before, I'll say it again; You've all got far too much disposable income

Received late last week....from Mike at TJB @SilverSniper
1oz and 5oz PAMP bars plus PAMP storage box and four tubes for coins.
Have to say Mike offers excellent service, excellent communications, fast delivery and everything well packed.
We are glad you are pleased with the service from TJB PM. But who's Mike, my name's Keith?

@Oldun I'll make some at some point?
You should consider making more of those 2oz silver bars, they were stunning.

Don't be disingenuous- you know full well and beyond any doubt that i changed my post because I realised I moderated my language yet you chose to reply using the original language!
I sometimes think you just like argument and controversy. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To me it is very definitely a beautiful set and correctly described. Buyers are welcome to go through the very detailed pictures of the obverse and reverse of every single coin that I have posted and are also within the listing and make up their own minds as to whether the set is something they would like to bid for.

I saw the descriptions and all the photos (including any marks like that one unfortunate scratch) and feel it's a stunning set and I'd be happy to own it.

Question: How will you distinguish the numbers are a certain way up? i.e. 19 and not 61?
-
I'm sort of disappointed nobody has asked for 69 yet .... so I'll take that ..... and any other two random numbers please for my personal stash. 3 bars total.
Cheers

Looks like a seriously good box but I'm afraid I don't share your regard for the design. Looks like a run-of-the-mill commemorative coin to me although I'm sure in 5oz it will have some presence.
I quite like the design, I wish they'd have echoed the design on the 1oz proof coin, instead of the dreadful design they went with.
I'll pass on the 5oz coin as no matter how limited the mintage, I don't think a 5oz silver coin is worth £415; but I must be in the minority as both silver proof designs are sold out.

A nice coin but a little disappointing. The frosting doesn't show as much detail as I hoped for. The coin feels a little cheap which it certainly isn't lolThe proof coin doesn't include features we have come to expect from a proof coin. It looks like a BU coin, rather than proof. How much was it?
Nice photos by the way

I believe you can pay for the designation and still request a brown label.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkThanks for clarifying this point. It's an odd thing to request, but hey-ho ....

@Numistacker Don't NGC Early Releases usually come on a blue label, or a special designed label?

My 2013 silver eagle proof arrived today.
I bid on another silver proof on ebay earlier today then realised it looks slightly different than this. Now I'm wondering which is the fake?
I'm hoping it's not this one!
The details look right to me, with the exception to the rays coming off the sun. They don't seem very uniform in thickness and don't appear to come to a point like knitting needles. It might just be the photo though.

I'm not an expert on Panda's, but the ones I have, have more text on the front. Weight and purity of the silver in the bottom textured crescent, etc.
Ignore that, it seems this wasn't the case with the pre-30g coins.

Today I received
1/10 gold maple 2017
1gm sunshine gold bar
2x random our choice un circulated mint coins( 2015 pandas !)
it seems I've jinksed myself forever saying I'll never buy any pandas because of the volume of counterfeits going round and there is a niggle with them the seller I use is very trustworthy but these coins arrived in capsules and on one of them there's a copper tint buy one of the paws I've weighed them done a mag test there no smell of copper so all should be fine why couldn't they of just sent me some nice libertads.

Thanks, they were taken with a Sony A6300 + Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Macro G OSS. Could take even better photos with this lens if i had more time to experiment!
How about your lighting setup?

My 3-coin 2017 sov set came today from @arshimo2012 many thanks. I don't think the coins are totally perfect, they seem to put more effort into the box, which is very nice . The box manufacturer/team should send some of their guys to package the coins.
Also a few 1/10 2017 elephants, 1995 proof IOM angel 1/20
Then a half sov 1843 weight, I had few glasses of wine and not sure really why i bought it, it's just interesting
Great photos, what was your setup?

Sorry, I've not been on the forum the past couple of week.
My three arrived a while back: 69, 23, 24
Very nice too, I'm now going to look at the 100g thread.
