    Platinum is a speculative asset not unlike silver. But unlike silver it is severely undervalued at the moment. There is a not too small chance that platinum (once the most valuable of the classic precious metals) will rise to it's former value again. This made me put away an ounce or two. Of course VAT hurts.

    Now then chaps, hope you're all having a cracking Sunday. I've had an interest in world coins from a very young age and several years ago I inherited my grandad's 1912 George V sovereign, which got me interested in precious metals/bullion coins. After lurking on the gold and silver sub-reddits for the last few years I finally heard about TSF, so just signed up. Looking forward to chatting with a community of like-minded folks 😀

    HI all I am a new member, I decided to join as i have been stacknig for a while now, but amm currently looking to buy some Goldbacks as an investment or currency of real value, I am just hoping that someone in the UK starts making them for this market, but till then will be looking for some US ones to import here, many thanks all and bless you, kind regards Peter
