My order to STG has gone in at £10.63, so a bit lower now but in the big scheme of things not really worried, if it does go down to £10 ish I will consider another order.

Just had delivered today my 10 SS year of the sheep, and two 10g Pamp year of the Goat bars.

I have been tempted to buy a house to rent out ,but not quite sure whats going to happen to the housing market. I can buy for cash,but not sure if i would want to put all my money into property, even though i refurbish houses for my friends that have bought to rent out.

I think there is something that also happens in the property market as with other markets, when there are cheap mortgages the rental market suffers because people all over can afford to buy, but the inverse of this is when there are no mortgagees or they are being very strict who they give them too, then the rental side rises again.

I hope again like my PM's never to sell them just pass them on.

what part of the country did you buy in? were not tempted to use the banks money instead of all own cash,just in case there is a property crash.

They are in the North East.

But near to where I live, it is a good rental property, and a nice area.

I am literally 3 minutes from the North Yorkshire Moors.

Great move keep it up. I have few friends in property business. You will end up with good income when you retire. Just be careful to who you rent it out

Yes it is always a sort of gamble who you pick we are going for working families.

It is a 3 bed semi in a very nice area, i.e. a very good rental area, and hopefully if we ever have to sell the price will go up, but it is for one of the granddaughters why I need more!!!!

I bought yesterday at £11.10 caught the dip but it went a little lower today. 

Some you win some you lose, if it gets to £10 an ounce then I will buy at least 100 ounces. 

That will bring the average down even more.

Oh I forgot I also had to buy two more of the Numis storage books for my sovereigns as they are now full.

Today I went on a bit of a spending spree......

86 oz of silver from STG.

5 full sovereigns, 1 Half sovereign, and 1 quarter Krugerrand.

7 Victoria Crowns.

3 1 oz silver coins, 2 * ASE, and a 2014 Maple.

Nice set of coins, but I am a stacker at heart and am happy to just buy my Sovereigns and 1 oz Britannia's.

That said I do have some proof sovereigns, and they are awesome.

My three Churchill £20 coins turned up, Two are stocking fillers for my boys. Still waiting for the Big Ben coins though
