  1. I think the good part is the RM taking it off your CC right away now and it not dropping off. So they either need to pay it off in a month or wait till they arrive to try flip but will have paid some interest which will eat into profits.
  2. Received back today from @GoldDiggerDave top service as usual. Dog needed a new case from a scratch.
  3. I bought mine for roughly £850-£900 raw before covid. And sold for £2k pf70 during covid.
  4. Best way to see it mate. Big savings there
  5. Makes sense why they keep coming back in stock then.
  6. Just phoned and bought another sov. Why not since nobody else wants them 🙂
  7. I wouldn’t listen to the advice of any stranger on a forum. What do we know 🤣 My thinking was I buy the 3 coin set and sell the half and quarter. How cheap does that make your one sov? Very I would think. People are getting poorer soon all they will be able to afford is a collection of quarter sovs.
  8. My plan was to have a look but instead I bought: 2 x 3 coin sets 2 x 1 Sovereigns 2 x half sovereigns. Still might add a bigger set but have been on the edge
  9. No they did not. The 2022 proof was on sale for more than a day. If you want to change the rules to the 5 sov set then fair play but talking about the 1 sov. Also when the piedfort released nobody took interest. The covid sell out releases are over. We are back to reality now.
  10. The exact same scenario as the 2022 proof. Didn't sell out rapidly. Everyone got fearful and thought I will just wait because they did not see an instant sell out. The Queen croaked it and what do you know everybody flocked to get one. If people don't see an instant sell out they wait and when it eventually sells out they get FOMO. By the time the coronation comes around you will be sitting pretty with these. Every time RM have hiked price or mintage a few more question this. Those who sat on the side will pay the inflated price. IMO
  11. The longer they stay in stock the poorer i become 🥹
  12. Well as long as we can all pay our cc bills through to the coronation we will all be asking the same thing. Why didn’t I buy more. Apart from me my cc is maxed 😎
  13. I don't think these will be flippable for much which should be good for us all to get something. The 1 sov mintage is a lot higher and there is not much of a premium currently on the last sovereign of the queen. So here's hoping. My aim is 2 x 1 sov for the collection. Not got the spare cash for the sets currently. 5 Sov set is always a certain winner.
  14. Never been a moany customer and when I am purchasing assets cheapest price does tend to do it for me. I saved £1.50 per oz. 🤷‍♂️
  15. I feel this advice is going to age poorly. Don’t own cash currently. Really?
  16. You have come a long way in such a short time mate. Well done. Don't have all the answers but anything over the match I don't see the point. In the future your money will be worth even less and most likely in a higher tax environment. I am 26, I got to £10k in my pension. I now do not contribute anything to it. I think paying off the home is a big one that makes the most sense. Then you can continue to build wealth with no debt and no stress of a higher rate environment for a long period of time. Nobody knows how bad it can get.
  17. Dare I say new all time high in GBP incoming
  18. Missed this. Was thinking about it then got stuck in traffic now I’m 40k in queue. Anything worth it?
  19. That is a perfect idea i will do thisgoing forward 👌
