Welcome from one aged member to another. I too arrived late to the party, about a year ago, with relatively few addictions. I then went and purchased the silver membership and was immediately hooked. All that shiny gold and silver available at much better prices than the ‘reputable’ dealers. With a premium membership you get the best bargains (anything left after 3 days - probably isn’t such a bargain). Get yourself a premium membership and watch the savings roll in. Best investment I ever made!

Aldebaran reacted to Dalriada83 in Newbie Stacker of the Aged Variety
"Sooner later than never" they say - not sure who "they" are but they seem to be ubiquitous. I've been buying Silver online for about 3 weeks after seeing Backyard Bullion on Youtube by chance (reputable dealers only of course). Unfortunately I am now addicted to the shiny stuff - fortunately my Scottish grandmothers beratements loom large in my skull whenever I am about to do anything fiscally ridiculous. I am also technologically challenged and am still waiting for the 'fad' of computers to pass and for sanity to return - telegraphy, semaphore and carrier pigeons . . . ah, those were the days. But as that does not appear to be on the horizon I have taken to the keyboard like a duck to petrol. I hope to navigate this 'site' with more panache once I figure out what I'm doing but meanwhile - hello ladies and gentlemen of the Argent Aegis, I hope to communicate with more alacrity in the future.
Best Regards
Dalriada83

Not at those prices unfortunately. Another thing, comparing prices to bullionbypost is like comparing LIDL to Harrods.

Aldebaran reacted to WulfrunCoins in Times When Silver Was More Valuable Than Gold
When you get older you realise every relationship is based on some sort of mutual interest
When I was in my early 20s I worked in IT at a hospital and noticed the men above 40 were so cynical; I now understand why 🤔

Aldebaran reacted to MaxeBaumann in Today I Received.....
Hello dear silver friends, today these two specimens of Kitsune arrived from Coins Today. I find these stackers very interesting and will stay tuned to these issues from the Mint. To be honest, the photos are not mine this time because I don't have my camera at hand, but believe me, mine are as beautiful. The photos are from the German Silberforum. Maxe wishes everyone a peaceful weekend.

Really do feel for anyone that has had to deal with this. Then the police don't care. They seem to think they've done their job when they give you a crime number for the insurance company.

We were burgled a number of times and lost quite a bit.
But your grandfather’s view is right, it is the invasion which is worse. Multiply that by at least 5 and it becomes very frightening, who might be there when you come home, who is at the door.
Alarms make no difference when you live in the open countryside.
When Mr.A. Was threatened in the daytime we knew that it was time to leave. 😞
