Believe I have an Immaculate Full Memorial complete in RM packaging if @Orpster’s is not of interest.

I'd be interested in receiving an offer from yourself and @Orpster. I hadn't considered the different options. Would appreciate a PM

I've only graded unfortunately. But an even better option is to go with 2 X halves from orpster. Cover's both events of 2022, I'd imagine you will get both for similar money as a full raw jubilee.

    Thank you James

  2. Good evening everyone,

I'm on the hunt for a pristine 2022 Gold Proof Sovereign, complete with its original box and Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This coin is intended as a special 50th birthday gift, and the year 2022 holds significant meaning for the recipient.

If anyone has one they're willing to part with, I'd be grateful if you could send me a private message with your offer.

    Thank you.

Maybe you can find a 1973 Krugerrand.  That was about the only bullion coin in large scale production at the time.

    Thank you for that

Well, if he's not a gold-bug then just the fact it's a '73 Sovereign might be enough.  Could argue that the IoM is a bit unique compared to the standard sovereign.

    Fair point

  4. Hey Gold Buffs,

ll start off by saying, I might be prospecting in the wrong mine here, if I am, moderators, I apologise.

Got a quick one for you. A mate is turning the big 5-0 this year, and I thought, "A gold sovereign would be perfect!" Only snag? I find out that no sovereigns were minted in his birth year of 1973—except a second-tier Isle of Man version, which feels about as genuine as a £3 note. (maybe harsh, but not what I'm after)

He's not a gold bug, but a sovereign would have meant something. A gold bracelet just won't do. So, I'm stumped. Any suggestions for a date-specific, classy alternative?

    Cheers for the help
