I have often wondered how the EBay money back guarantee worked and it is good to see a real life example of it in action albeit sorry it was at your expense. Should this ever happen to me then I will ensure I use this as a step by step guide, although I doubt that my purchases would register in the ‘High Value’ category. I wonder if that makes money back more or less likely? They won’t have their A Team looking at it but it may just mean that it gets resolved quicker. thanks again
