I've bought from Atkinsons a few times without any problems, also Bullionbypost...The advice above is good, compare before you buy. Chards is excellent especially their customer service.
Regards.

Bullion by post. have good deals every now and then
Ats. Managed to get me specific coins I was after. Took them a few days but given the request 👌
Atkinson. Are cheap if your quick off the mark as stock doesn't hang around for long

If you are looking at a silver Monsterbox, you will be paying a LOT of VAT assuming you are in the U.K.
You might want to look at gold instead - many many threads on this.

The best dealers now include price comparisons on their popular bullion product pages, as for example:

Dealers who feature so called "free postage" usually work out more expensive for any quantity over 1.

A few thoughts from me….
I would upgrade your membership to benefit from from the comparison tool on this site.
If you are after bullion and are flexible with what you purchase I would start with the forum and then look at dealers.
Personally, I don’t go with the cheapest just to save a couple of quid, customer service / support is just as important for me.

I can assure you that doing it with gold is much more fun than using silver!...
...and it's such a nice colour. 🙂

Lower spot prices are unlikely to cause lower premiums. Most TSF members probably suspect the opposite, although there should not be much effect on premiums, except that caused by increased demand.
I wrote a longish post about this recently.

Hi Everyone!
I'm totally new here and as the title states I have a few questions.
1) If I'm just stacking for the silver and gold content is there any reason why I would stear off the path from just buying UK Britannia coins as Im from UK and I no these are CGT exempt? and If anyone can recommend me any other UK CGT exempt bullion that would be appreciated.
2) apart from Chards and Bullionbypost would anyone recommend other reputable UK billion dealers (for price).
3) Also any recommendations for a portable digital weighing scales and a gold and silver tester?
4)when the time comes to sell any of your precious metals where are the best please to get the best price (this is for the future).
I would appreciate any help of advice anyone can also share as Im totally new to this.
Thanks In Advance everyone
