Why do you think they do that? 
The feedback is there but not linked to the item they have bought. It's a good system on the privacy front.

I am guilty also of being busy and
having care responsibilities I have forgotten to provide feedback in some instances having to ask the seller how to owing to infrequent purchases and a wrecked head 
most of my transactions have been via PM and I always explain the difficulties and the sellers have always been very accommodating 
what is also very annoying is when you pm people and they don’t bother to reply

maybe the feedback should just state it was a pleasent transaction and not state what was actually purchased ? then you could have anything from 50 silver coins - 50 1oz gold brits 🤣

If I was on the wrong side of the law and see that someone has purchased on 50 different occasions £30,000 quids worth of bullion then I would know the 50 different members names who hold your address, that's 50 people to trust. 
I am starting to think I am paranoid. I think it must me in my job to recognise a point of failure. 
 

I understand this, but what about all the other people out there looking to abuse the trust. 
If my phone got stolen they can log strait in and view all my private messages and have the address of every person I have dealt with. The point I am making is you can all trust me (because I am a damn nice guy) but can you trust me to do my security properly? Trust is everywhere from the seller to the buyer through to the postman and the forum it's self.

Regarding feedback. 
I still don't understand why someone wants to advertise to the world what and how much bullion they have bought. 
Correct me if I am wrong but you can't see what a member on eBay has bought on their feedback (mobile version at least).

I don't think I am paranoid but I do like to look at the points of failure in a chain to prevent me getting f*c*ed over.

Looking at your other thread I see you are looking for a handful of pre 20s coins. 
Your options are probably here, eBay, auction house or visit a coin shop. 
Here or eBay are your best bet as auctions and shops are too pricey. There are scammers on eBay but I've never been done when buying this type of silver. Here it has happened but word spreads like wildfire to the point of hunting them down and to be honest I can't see anyone risking it for a relatively small amount. 
My preference is eBay but on because you can see the coin you are actually bidding on, on here they generally sell by the weight but occasionally you do see some. 
Edit.... Just to clarify, I have never been scammed on here either.
