Just picked up something a bit bit different,  Its a quad metal proof Pobjoy coin with a mintage of only 999.  Apparantly its the only manufactured quad metal coin that contains Palladium.
 
999. Silver (4.65 gms) 999. Palladium (3.90 gms) 999.9 Gold (4.221 gms) 999.5 Platinum (2.78 gms)

This is my 8 1/2 oz of gold which has been static since I discovered STG in August. I was aiming originally for 10oz by end of the year which I would have made if not for silver stacking currently at 310oz. Looking forward to adding to my stack next year.

Well after lurking in the shadows for a few weeks and doing alot of reading and research here on the forum and internet. Today i made my first purchase  a gold sovereign and a south africa 2 rand not sure if two coins make me a stacker but its a start. Would just like to say thanks to all involved with the running of the forum, and will post a pic when they arrive

The 1/10 Britannia turned out to be a nice mint sealed 2001 coin so a different design to the usual Britannia -
 

Just grabbed a 1/10 Britannia @ 3% over spot (£80.66) and a 20 Franc @ 3% over spot (150.58) at Hatton Gardens.
 
Will post up some pics tomorrow when they get delivered.
 
Current fine weight total is now 898.84g or 28.9 troy oz of the shiny yellow stuff

The valaurium notes throw out the cost per oz figure but only actually cost me £6.96 per note,  those lunars dont come cheap either
 
Quite happy the cheap stuff is hovering just above or below spot and the premium stuff like the lunars and old panda's will recover the premium fairly easily.
