  1. Lovely coins and history 🥰 If you ever decide to part with these at a reasonable price I'd be interested! The Geta specially as it would be my 2nd one can't get enough of that one!
  2. Not many minted, I wonder what the total mintage is? On the website there are 4952 on sale, not sure if that's a small mintage or not for these as I don't buy brit bars
  3. Thank you! It's a cleaner design compared to the Chervonetz but still holds a lot of detail in a way. I love how crowded and detailed the Chervonetz is though. If you were to ask me for a favourite I wouldn't be able to choose but both are absolute belters in my opinion. Thank you 🙏
  4. Been a while, so I am adding recent purchases of Russian Gold. I apologise for the glare, these coins are too lustruous so the quality doesn't really come through but I've done the best I can under this artificial lighting. The 1979 1 Chevornetz (10 RUB) and 5 RUB coins by @DuncanWylieWilson and the 1/4oz 2007 50 RUB by @Shinus73. All belters! Thank you.
  5. I'm gone for a couple weeks and a lot starts going on. Feels like lots to catch up on! I hope everything gets resolved
  6. Surprisingly not! Sealed 10oz IGR and 1oz Asahi bars tickle your fancy? All Sigma tested
  7. I'll sell you some silver at ONLY £60 an ounce with FREE insured shipping up to 4kg
  8. I used to live in South America and have a family member with a mining company there. I got gifted many raw and some cut gemstones and was looking at GIA certification for them. If I chase it up I'll give you a shout but this project is on the backburner for me at the moment. Nice to see a fellow stacker looking at gemstones. Out of curiosity, did you buy this straight off the GIA or was it a third party sale? Stunning!
  9. Careful though, buying precious metals is addictive! Welcome to the forum
  10. Thanks! I was just about to look it up
  11. Just putting some feelers out there... I've got one 2022 bullion double in a capsule, would like to know how much you'd be willing to pay? Looking to maybe sell it to fund another purchase but not entirely sure yet. I can see a German website auragentum.de selling it for the equivalent of £846 and was wondering if that's the baseline dealers are charging? Can't seem to find them anywhere now in the UK.
  12. Customer: "It's not a proof coin!" RM: "Should've looked at the listing pictures. You buy what you see!"
  13. I'll take part of your gold and silver stack off your hands for £3.80 and £0.62 an ounce just to guarantee you a price you know, I'm taking all the risk here...
  14. This. "Not your keys, not your coins." Is how the saying goes. Centralised exchanges are meant for moving in assets to trade, and withdrawing the exchanged assets to a privately owned personal wallet. No problems with losing crypto then 😉
  15. RRP would be the value of the gold content or going rate with premiums from, say, dealers?
  16. Does that mean, if it were to happen, current stackers would lose out on profits or would the law be applicable to bullion produced after a certain date? If that's the case, then I imagine older silver and gold bullion would be worth more. Just speculating here.
  17. I'm new to sovs and dates, etc. How well have the 1989 proofs been doing recently, past couple years?
  18. I bought the standalone half sov. But was wondering if buying the 3 coin set would be better value for money, even though they're all proofs 🤔 It would be my first proof set so I'm a bit sceptical of throwing this kind of money at it (partially due to the comments on here). Plus knowing about RM QC and the size of a quarter sovereign, I really hope I don't have to deal with returns etc. Any tips or recommendations? I obviously want the value to be retained and carried forward to the future, maybe even generations ahead. Might send the 1 half sov to grading, or keep it in its nice presentation box, etc. Not suee yet though.
  19. My debit card's been charged as soon as I placed the order. Not sure about credit cards...
  20. I can see through your deception. Not cancelling my half sovs for you to hoover them up with your pocket change!
  21. I wonder what would come out of one of your damn hoovers if you decided to empty it a bit! Bags' always full I bet!
  22. I guess Welsh worked some kind of spell for me, went to RM website at 8:35 (snoozed alarm) and managed to get myself a 918 spot on the queue, snatched up a half sov. Quality control team better do their job right
  23. Bought me first ever gold proof, the half sov. Considering buying another to flip but my bank account says no. Oh well, back to bed for me. Thank you everyone Some items on RM website still say available, or don't say "no longer available" as the 4 and 5 proof coin sets do. G'luck all
  24. A all rhywun anfon y ddolen ataf trwy neges breifat os gwelwch yn dda?
