With the euro crashing against the pound at the moment I think the best bet is to buy fixed price gold/silver in euros ie proofs, is a better deal than bullion silver. Even tho silver/gold down this week in £ and $ its up against €. Been quite interesting following this week

Got to feel a bit for HGM they are selling as bullion not as graded or in good condition if that's what's wanted buy from atkinsons or ebay where you can see a picture or go in in person. What you are doing isn't wrong but if I was the company is be annoyed
If it's under weight or fake (never did hear the end of the story about that one) they should refund plus all costs

Back in stock, just bought 2

Took me a while - last coin arrived today from Mexico, completing my 2014 Libertad silver 7 coin proof set; others I got from US sellers.
There goes my per oz average (as these are not cheap!) - but these proofs are a thing of beauty, IMHO. Back to gold and silver bullion rest of the year, until Banco de Mexico roll out the 2015 Libertad proofs!!

Is this so the authorities don't see or the wife doesn't see!!!!!!! I know which one I'm more afraid of

To me it looks a lot like the William sovereign I had that you guys all thought was dodgy, because it's quite shiny with a lot of little scratches that make it look dimpled. What do you guys think?
