Hi all. Newbie here from the United States. Been observing tsf for a few months now. Getting back into coin collecting. Still a relatively newbie to the coin collecting world. 
joined tsf to gain more knowledge. Also hope to find some deals for purchasing. Just dipping my toes in the water as far a collecting right now. Mostly purchasing silver coins and some rounds to start. Hoping to expand my collection as I gain more knowledge.

Welcome aboard here - nice to see folks from other parts of the world.  Without VAT, the U.S. is definitely a better place to buy silver than here.  

The Sovereign is the quintessentially British coin.  It has a German queen on the front, an Italian waiter on the back, and half of them were made in Australia.
