The pandas are now all accounted for and everyone who has commented and received a "Thanks" has the requested number of coins reserved. 

I have spoken to my supplier who indicated that they arrived in UK last week and are in customs clearance as of yesterday.

Based on my prior experience I expect this means clearing customs this week and ready for shipping out at the end of the week or early next week. However, customs cannot be relied on for predictable time-scales unfortunately.

I will begin collecting payments when they arrive with me, the day before I ship out.
