He's lost for words.  Laughs and he laughs. Hmmm...

"Is the gold still kept there?"

"LOL, LOL, ha ha, chuckle chuckle ... err yes ... amongst other things"

... Perhaps cans of gold coloured paint, brushes and piles of bricks. We used to call them Jankers ... where staff would have you cleaning the floor with a toothbrush, or painting coal white ... or I guess for others painting bricks gold.

There's over 100 times more paper gold than physical gold, Wondering how many might think they hold/can access physical - but in the event of a gold run !!!

I suspect there is the same amount of gold that there has always been, and that the conspiracy theories are…just that.

What else is kept in FN?  Lots of morphine.

It's very strange that FK has never had its gold stock audited since 1953. I wonder why that is !

Some years ago, I heard some 400oz gold bars shipped from US to Hong Kong and in the process of assaying a gold bar, it broke the drill bit.

The "gold" bar was filled with tungsten and it broke the drill.

The article below briefly mentions it, along with some dodgy 1kg tungsten filled gold bar.

Fort Knox is also a major training centre, this general is the current commander over there.

I found it alarming to find out that XRF (the "gold standard" I thought) only penetrates a few microns of the metal. It is anyone's guess what really lies in several major vaults, Fort Knox included..

DSK was persistent with annoying questions regarding IMF's gold in FK, didn't do his career much good...

There's probably more truth in Goldmiddlefinger than the official narrative 😄

Imagine that... if it was revealed in years to come that, actually the XRF machines couldn't test the bars fully and a vast amount of large gold bars contained very little gold and were mainly tungsten - that will certainly cause a 'shock wave' in the gold Market!

Edit: corrected 'stir' to a more suitable word 'shock wave'!
