NPGS Grading Company

What do you guys reckon to this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2016-China-10-Yuan-30-gram-Silver-Panda-Coin-NPGS-MS70-White-Label-PP-/131823263883?hash=item1eb147608b:g:pVsAAOSwCM5XPq1I

Firstly is this a real Panda or a fake and secondly is NPGS Grading Company a cheap Chinese knock off outfit that will be gone in a years time or are they legit and could they go on to become more established over time.

If its a fake Panda and a cheap knock off company then I'm not interested but if it's a real Panda and there is potential for NPGS to go somewhere in the future then it's not that much of a punt to buy one of these compared to the price of a bare bullion coin.

My gut is telling me fake but I thought I'd ask anyway

Couple of mentions on CoinTalk from 2007.  Looks like a self-slabber, or at very best, a third-rate grading service.

Can't find their website; a little odd for a supposed grading company?

I know what I'd do...

If I thought it was a real Panda I might have bought one since it's not that much more expensive than a bare Panda coin and taken a chance that NPGS might one day become more mainstream and more prestigious and add value through this but I thought it did not look quite right myself.

Fake, I would question why anyone would even consider this???????????? Please stop obsessing about saving/making a couple of £ and look at the big picture... Hong Kong, not a proper grading company, fur on the Panda looks crap... It is the lure of saving a couple of quid that keeps the market for fakes going... Go and have a good think about why you would even consider this, then reassess everything, read books or stick to what you know but please dont consider investing in any Pandas until you know your market..

Clear enough

Valuable free advice if you choose to take it.
