I can't believe it. If it is Friedhelm, he clearly has some personality disorder and has completely lost it.

I have only dealt with him via business not connected with ebay in any way, paid by bank transfer and found him the epitomy of politeness and sincerity. Eager to go out of his way to help.

In fact the last time I contacted him, I actually changed my mind about a purchase enquiry I had made and he was as nice as pie about it, no tantrums of any kind or any hint of irritation or acrimony.

I find this aspect of "an employee" strange as he has mentioned to me that it is just himself and his son involved. It would be difficult to envisage how it could be any bigger looking at the number of coins on his website and ebay presence etc

I too have bought from this ebay seller several times in the past, and I can confirm, the same as others on here, that I received nothing but courteous emails, and great service.

His account has definitely been hacked whether you believe it or not. In fact the it's obvious it has been hacked if you actually stopped to think about it for a second. What is the one thing that people controlling hacked accounts want to do, yes you guessed it, try to do a deal outside of ebay,so they can use a paypal account different to the one registered to this seller.

While I agree that you should not be on the end of a bunch  of childish and immature taunts, (probably sent by an actual child, looking at the insults sent,), you are actually blaming  the wrong person. 

Dios111 has had his account hacked of that I'm 100% sure.

If it turns out to be the case then many people have probably been scammed, and this thread will alert him to it.

 

we will see what turns up, after what i have recieved i feel justified starting this thread, if things change i will be happy to amend.

I agree, you are right to mention it here. You have been wronged and on the face of it by Friedhelm or someone using his account. Either way, not your fault and his problem to solve.

Well, it appears I was partially wrong.

I have received an email response from Friedhelm who said it was an "angry employee" who sent the emails.

Friedhelm expressed no remorse / regret in his email, and was almost trying to justify the attack.

He even went as far as calling the OP "a jerk".

Shame, I have / had a lot of respect for this guy.

No bother, i wish it hadnt happened, you saw the emails which he hasnt denied, at the least the mans a chronic racist, and a massive homophobe.

 

Thats setting aside the personal stuff he thinks was justified.

 

If people reading this want to trade with the man still, at least be aware he is unstable.

Very very surprised as this outcome. Very strange......He'll wont be selling much stuff in the future if he treats potential customers like this.

@Heisenberg Now @Danny-boy has confirmed that the account has not been hacked, may I suggest you contact ebay and make a complaint. The seller has crossed the line and broken several of Ebays terms and conditions for sellers. If it had been me on the end of those emails, I'd be onto ebay straight away to report him.

If you guys come to determine the seller is innocent, may I suggest this thread be deleted as it would be unfair to slander him and put off potential buyers as searching his name would bring up this thread 

Also may I suggest you check the IP location you have received the emails from @Heisenberg to see if they correspond with the sellers location or not
