From what I know currently this guy is a trusted seller, Ebay says so, you guys have all said so, this all doesn't make much sense 

He has some built up credibility over years of actions, no offence to the OP but he is a new member here.. I would tend to side with the seller on this one, either this is a weird scam and dios has been hacked or this is all made up to slander him.

I agree, something doesn't add up.

I think Dan is a good judge of character. Perhaps HH and Dan can decide together?

We don't need to sour a guy's reputation just the same as we don't need to tolerate bigots.

I don't know.  I think the only way back is if the other email address we have has been hacked/misused too.

Oh I hadn't seen what Danny had posted.. 

I assume to get the Ebay account, you would first need to get the email address associated?

But then seems odd a hacker would bother replying to Danny 

Again though, if you guys know how to, please check the IP the emails are coming from and see if it matches the sellers location

if you read the thread from the start, get to about half way through then read Dans reply about emailing him.He admits he sent the emails and makes no apologies for his conduct.

 

Dan and HH have seen the emails,I find it astounding after reading the thread you feel the need to question my intentions.

 

 

I have no possible axe to grind with him, why would I?

and to be brutally honest I've just about had enough of the whole situation, I don't need the hastle, I may be new on here but have 6 trades already, some with long standing members,sponsors of the forum, and frankly the insinuations above have made up my mind.

I have one trade still going through. Once he's received his goods ill happily remove my account on here

I started the thread to warn people, if they want to ignore this, then bury the thread by all means, it matters little to me.

It's not a personal thing, I don't know you personally, all I knew was there was a seller with years of credibility vs a new forum poster, it just didn't seem likely

As Danny's email reply suggests that dios himself did not send the emails but did not apologise for the association with him then I think people will have to decide for themselves whether or not to trade with dios in the future.

Further twists in the saga a possibility.

It shouldn't cause bitterness because it wasn't personal. I don't know the OP personally for it to be personal

As I said, it was just trusted seller vs random new forum member & the story seemed so outrageous 

But I was missing a vital piece of information (my bad for skimming) which was the email to Danny

Again though, I do apologise as I commented without all the facts.

Hi all new member here, I am not sure this the best time to join the forum and I am sure I will get shot down but one of your well known members

said I should maybe add that a similar problem has just happened to me with this seller, Probably worse anyway.

 

It all started a few weeks back when I received a few coins from them, and to say the least the coins were terrible so I politely asked if I could return them,

seller said not a problem and all was fine, I posted the coins back and as soon I got confirmation the package had been delivered I Contacted them to ask if everything was ok and I could be refunded.To my surprise the seller said they have not received them back and started filling me with all sorts of rubbish.

Anyway to cut this story short I opened a paypal dispute and was awarded my money back,after providing evidence, and thats when I started receiving the same kind of emails as Heisenberg so I completely believe everything hes said.

 

I think the strangest thing he said to me was...from your new GOD and SLAVEMASTER

This thread is getting a bit stupid now, after a brief read through this guff.

1st Heisenberg has been abused by email & has just posted the situation up to enlighten members.

2nd a lot of people jumped to Dios defense based on their dealings with him, fair enough initially.

3rd Danny boy had a less than complimentary response, from Friedhelm passing the buck to his employee & the calling the OP a Jerk.

Not very wise in any business.

So please stop trying to diss Heisenberg  unless you have anything of GREAT relevance to add.

If anyone still wishes to deal with Dios that is entirely up to you

The thread will be locked very shortly if this supposition etc continues.

My final post on the matter

 

Believe me or not, i have nothing to gain from this.

 

I dont care if people trade with him or not, i didnt due to the outside ebay request and looks like i had a lucky escape.

Why hes behaving like this i dont know, maybe its out of character, maybe hes stressed, or Mentally ill, a heavy drinker, who knows.

All i know is its started due to an 80 quid order i chose not to go through with.

Whatever the reason if, as it seems its the seller sending the emails there is clearly something wrong with his mental state.

Even after he posted the stuff about my mother and i told him i wouldnt reply to him again he sent these late last night during the football/

The London-based ni---r team of Tottenham Hotspurs is just getting a heavy dose of butt-****ing from the German soccer heroes of Dortmund.
