Paul, at the bottom of the slab I believe that sometimes NGC leave a removable cap- under there it should expose a Presta type valve- get your bike pump out and pump to 120psi or around 8 Bar- hey presto- a 5 Pound Sovereign 😃

Having these Quarters Graded is a great way to inflate prices- nice coin! 👍
