  1. As is. I love the case. It is a little bit different, a nice chunky lump in a perspex block.
  2. I too equally shared my concerns on pricing the other day with our RM accounts manager.
  3. Good on you. I just told 5 mates, 3 of them bought for themselves, 2 of them did not (and are actually PM collectors) both are numpties.
  4. I expected “exchange” in title and a slight different colour, like there is with “wanted” (red) and “exchange” blue. Though I see not there is a sale .and exchange option. I guess it guess does not pop to me and so I would typically (and expect others too) would pass over it. Just saying. In looking I think you pay have the right title tag 🤔. Just doesn’t seem to pop out at me. Not for me but GLWS anyways.
  5. Hi sorry if you want this coin or it’s an exchange shouldn’t it be tagged “wanted” or “exchange” just to make it clear you want the coin in the title?
  6. Thank god those have sold. Kept looking 👀 at them way too much!
  7. Let’s just hope they don’t do a second like they did with the gothic crown. 👑 … we know how much of a flop that set was over the previous 2 coins in the collection.
  8. @9x883 come on now! They are not that generous. Thats what Poundland is for. Yer for £275 for a couple ounce of silver it’s I nice profit margin a’
  9. IMO some of the best proof coins I have seen in years out of RM.
  10. @SilverDrum any more of these coins left? or any Victorian silver crowns.
  11. 🫤… sent my proof version back. Just another, of the many coins from the RM you can though on a stack if you ask me. £25.50 if you like is not to bad though. GLWS
  12. See your point on this thread. I guess I would never buy a historical coin from RM ever anyways as they seem to always be over priced. I guess I am more concerned by the recent George Michael coin video you posted showing how publicly that present imperfect coin as a proof. I am taking that issue to my manager there. Maybe not one for this thread though. Thanks. 🙏
  13. Wow! 😮 In their own video too! Thats insulting. It’s like the emperor’s new cloths. It’s treating everyone like muppets. 😤
  14. Yes. Agree with these comments. Definitely cut back as finding is mainly taking a hit of purchase from RM. 99% drop in value, watches by contrast… you know the ones to buy that go up, or at least hold value. You don’t know this with RM coins and it’s almost more a “pump and dump” market on proofs. Bullion is the only decent asset, a little milt we are not worried as the value is in the metal. This is NOT the case with the proof. 1/2 of all proofs I have ever received from RM are returned due to quality issues most of the time.
  15. How’s that for a set! The Sydney 2000 Olympic Coin Collection. Minted between 1997 - 2000 by Royal Australian 🇦🇺 Mint. All with COA. All 99.9% fineness. 31.635 gms. Proof. IMG_7150.mov
  16. Milky? Looks it from that pic.
  17. Put the reminder in the week before… doh! 😩
  18. Even better marketing. Create the hype, pull the plug, the leads continue to flow. Fair play to them, they got me attention… the magpie that I am
