The Queens Beast series has been a very popular series of coins in both silver and gold.
My opinion, I don’t see why this wouldn’t be as popular. Perhaps even more so with those that have bought all of the previous QB’s but also those that haven’t bought a single one. The latter being myself.
They could be the new Una & Lion or Three Graces or they might not.
Who knows.
Not really thinking they'll be anywhere near a Great Engraver's release but should do pretty well.

The coin looks terrific but I don’t see the the teaser message of it being the first in the RM’s 1,100 year history has anything to do with it.
I agree.
Also, any word on sizes? Didn't get into the beasts set but this does look like a nice design. Just wish we had some more info before I stayed up late waiting for release.

Any word on when BCC might be releasing the 1kg silver?
I actually contacted the RM a week or so ago and asked if they would be available from the mint directly and they replied they could not comment on future releases due to an "embargo". Not sure what that means. Have any of the 1kg been for sale anywhere yet?

Didn't realise the 10oz are already on eBay. Shame the general public didn't get a shot, seems unfair.
Here is one, check how many 3Gs they seem to be selling!
That's unfortunate. I barely understand setting aside an allotment for dealers let alone the entire production. Would have loved a 10oz or 1kg.
-
Has there been any further confirmation that the 10oz and 1kg silver will be dealer exclusives? I know another members AM said they wouldn't be available directly from the mint, but still holding out some hope.

Nice dip in spot price right now.... Win some lose some...
I've actually held off waiting to see if there was a dip but it doesn't seem to be reflected in the pricing much. Not yet anyway.

Hoping to see some pics of the gold. Wondering if they're really as shiny as in the promotional video.

Ah, tough decision! Not sure what I think still.
-
Are the premiums higher than LPM? Seems like it though you would save on shipping I guess.
-
Not sure if the SOTD was ever available. There's still a "Register Your Interest" option, so maybe still to be released?
-
Good question, and if it is released at RM would it be on a Monday like a typical commemorative release? Or done differently because it's technically bullion?
-
There might be some interest in it if it turns out to be her last birthday coin before Prince Charles takes the throne. Not exactly sure when that will happen though or how it works, just know I've heard some talk of it over the past year.

Would be pretty cool to have the design on a bigger piece of silver like that, I think the kilo Una's turned out well.

The largest denomination of silver released this week (yes, it has been a long week!!) was the £10 5oz.
I don’t know if they are planning on doing what they did with Bowie and released separately tomorrow or in the future. Anything is possible.
Further releases coming are the next Winnie the Pooh coins, Britannia, Charles Babbage and the Royal Albert Hall. They could drop further Graces coins at any point.
Prices for other 1kg Silver Proofs have recently been £2,270k (Griffin). I expect if the Mint are releasing a 3G it would be around that price. The mintage for the Griffin was 70.
Oof, a bit expensive but still would love to buy one so I could have something from this release.
6 minutes ago, SovCollector said:LPM has released the 2kg silver this week at a staggering price of £27,000. Not surprisingly, it is still available. Royal Mint sold the entire lot to their Asian counterparts. None will be available from the RM.
As for the 1kg, I briefly saw it pop up on the RM page a couple of hours after the launch... but I think it was a website error as it quickly disappeared. I doubt the RM will be releasing any 1kg Graces. My spidey sense tells me it will only be available through BCC. Does that mean ridiculous pricing? My gut feeling says it will be around the £15,000, but I could be VERY wrong about this.
Uuuugghhhh, I really don't understand why RM does this.

I think typically anything with a beautiful woman on it sells pretty well. Was wondering what the Graces would look like as well.
-
Based on LPM's prices the gold seems very reasonable but the 10oz silver is a bit high.
-
Guess I'm giving up on the refresh game for now. Very unlikely to have any restocks online.
How do you guys feel about the Una bullion bars? Will you pick any up? Kinda thinking about a 10oz silver and 1oz gold, unsure though.
-
So, Coin Connection prices will be pretty bad as well? I know for some of the music legends releases their prices weren't very far from the Royal Mint's original offer.
-
How's the relief compare between the two?
-
Guess I should buy a bunch of Una and The Lion bars so I can have an AM for next release, heh.

I got a call from my Acc Man and was told I could buy one too. Then they found out I already got one and were very apologetic. 😂
So if I were in their job, I would do a quick check before potentially making an offer to a customer 🙄
Had you previously talked to them about this release or was it a random call? Dashing my hopes of any extras back on the site.

Any news on the 2oz gold proof? Can't remember if it was going to be another dealer exclusive.
