Marks from the catfight with Meghan Markle or signs of a stroke from when she watch p. Andrews interview.
Kidding aside,
You receive someone else return, this is common with low mintage items that are sold out.
This is so unprofessional specially that he insisted twice to get a perfect coin and gave them the remark that the last coin may be defective because the capsule wasn't closed well by them .What to do in this case ? The coin in the market is getting higher and higher, by asking for a refund I think they will only give back the paid amount which is a big loss .

To be honest, I'd put the problem directly to the Royal Mint. If they sell to your location, they need to accept returns from your location when the item is defective.
Ask them what shipping service they would like you to use to return to them and ensure they are comfortable covering the cost and any risk of loss in transit. In any event make sure you get proof of postage.
Thanks for your help !!

Hmm that’s interesting. I am in Australia so have no clue about this. But is it the “national post” that refuses, or also private courier companies? Seems strange that you can’t ship coins out at all.
it s the national post that refuses , do you know any private company who accept to ship coins ?

my friend would like to return his silver una because it was defective ,he contacted the royal mint and they accepted to replace it .But he is living in italy , and the italian post refused to return it because its prohibited to ship coin in accordance to their policies . Any ideas how he can send it back would be highly appreciated .thanks

I don’t think it matters as long as it is sent securely. Either way, it would be good to take pics of the coin’s condition before sending it off.
Thank you!!

Based on my experience returning a coin from Australia...
His invoice should have something like a return form at the bottom. He should fill this in and return the coin to the RM at the returns department address provided.
Since the fault lies with the RM (it is a quality/packaging issue and not a change of mind return), he can also ask them to refund the cost of shipping the coin back to them.
And they should not charge him for shipping a replacement coin either.
Before he does any of this though, it would be good if he could email or chat with customer service to inform them of his situation and confirm that they are able to do a replacement.
Hope this helps. How sad is it that a beautiful coin gets damaged due to careless packaging 😐
thank your for your help , do you think he should send it back in same package and change the addresses only ?

Really awful to hear there is another one like this. Sounds like your friends arrived just as mine did. I can only imagine they weren't closing the capsules property as when it is properly closed it is very difficult to actually open. Hopefully they learn from these and correct in the future. It is too beautiful a coin to be getting damaged so unncessarily
Exactly

A friend of mine received the silver one today ,it was sent as a gift to him by a family member .The coin arrived with capsule half opened and the coin not in a good shape. He s in italy what is the procedure to return it back to get another perfect one from the RM?

@Heliopolis - What’s the box like? Regular cardboard box?
Exactly as @BrumChris said in his reply .
