The 1907 half eagle. Pretty happy with it - love the eagle design more than Liberty herself.  Looks better in the hand than the images when I bought it, but I reckon it's been polished or cleaned at some stage, although I am not a grading expert. What do you guys think? PS - my first ever Liberty head...

Got this today, i deviated from my usual Brits and glad i did, i really like this coin.
 
Might have to get a bit more adventorous with my 1OZ purchases.

Marcel I think the main issue is that it should have been one coin per plastic bag.

Found a nice e-bay deal for the Jubilee Edition of Michael Marsh Gold Sovereign to complete the book collection!
The Jubilee Edition has great colour scans/photo's.
EDIT: I still need to get hold of the 2nd Edition for the half sov! (at a reasonable price) doh!

2 X 1/10 1997 Chinese auspicious matters

Royal Mint lunars have all been a bit naff in my view. A single polish finish through and through doesn't give it any definition. A good coin needs to incorporate both frosted/matt with shiny/polished parts.

Only used a few times but has come in handy for those occasions.  Couple of slabs which were ?? but all OK after testing.
Good for anything still mint sealed.

Picked up an 1887 Sovereign. It's my first Jubilee head. Has a nice lustre.

Recently arrived, well, last week actually. A couple of 2oz proof Kooks with thanks to @motorbikez

These 1/10ths just turned up several days earlier than expected.  Paid €15 shipping and they sent it via DHL International Express which is next day rather than the 3-5 with domestic DHL.

2oz , 10oz monkey, 10oz kook2016 and few Brits 2014,2016 .
